If you would prefer to hand over the total day-to-day and week-to week running of your home and just want it completely managed by us, we can do that. This can be ideal if you don’t live locally, or are to busy to give enough time to looking after your holiday let property.


We can look after all communications with your guests during the booking process and during their stay, arrange cleaning and changeover services, be the first responder for emergency calls and provide introductions to all necessary local tradesmen for property repairs or issues. 


As we don’t believe in percentage fees or unknown costs, we price it simply so you know exactly what you will pay on a month-by-month basis.

As each property and level of service may differ, we quote on each individual opportunity once we understand what you need.

  • What is involved in managing a holiday let?

    Excatly how much we take care of is dependent on your wishes and we will establish this at our consultation. However, typically we can:

    • Market the property on listing sites such as AirBNB, Tripadvisor and Booking.com
    • Manage guest check-in and welcome packs
    • Cary out check-out inspections
    • Maintain the furnishings, carry out cleaning, change bedding and towels and replace consumables.
    • Respond to guests' needs and requirements before and during their stay.
  • What percentage do you take for holiday let management services?

    Nothing! Zip! Zero... We do not take any percentage or charge any form of commission.

    After consultation with you, where you've told us exactly what it is you wish us to take care of, we set a fixed monthly subscription so that you always know how much you will be spending on our services.

  • Can I just have the Holiday Let Property Management Service as a stand-alone service?

    No, sorry...

    The Full Holiday Let Property Management Service is effectively the Listing Set-up And Bookings Management Service + a range of additional services such as guest management, cleaning, dealing with emergencies etc. as set out between us at the start of us working together.

  • What is involved in the Full Holiday Let Property Management Service?

    This service is typically taken by those clients of ours who do not live local to the holiday let property.

    We can look after all communications with your guests during the booking process and during their stay, arrange cleaning and changeover services, be the first responder for emergency calls and provide introductions to all necessary local tradesmen for property repairs or issues. 


    What we will NOT do as a rule, is carry out property maintenance beyond what we do as part of the cleaning and change-over process. If you need to arrange tradesmen to replace the roof or maintain the garden, that is for you to take care of.

    Of course, if the heating breaks down while there are guests at the property, we will do what we can to help but after that, it is up to you to arrange for any repairs that are necessary.
